摘 要:为研究内生真菌印度梨形孢对百香果抗寒性的影响,以‘福建百香果3号’为材料,将印度梨形孢菌液浇灌于百香果幼苗根系,待其定殖30 d后对幼苗进行0℃低温处理,分别在处理0、6、12和24 h时测定幼苗的生理生化指标.结果表明,印度梨形孢显著提高了百香果幼苗叶片的抗氧化酶活性和清除活性氧的能力.与对照组相比,低温胁迫12 h后,接种印度梨形孢的百香果幼苗叶片的过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量分别提高了60.16%、28.27%、21.31%和23.23%,而多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性、过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))浓度和超氧阴离子(O_(2)^(-·))浓度分别降低了81.06%、9.96%和21.96%;低温处理24 h后,接种印度梨形孢的百香果幼苗叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高(18.18%).可见,印度梨形孢共生植株的细胞膜稳定、抗氧化能力强,说明该内生真菌能够提高种苗的抗寒性.To study the effect of endophytic fungus Piriformospora indica on the cold resistance of passion fruit,the roots of passion fruit seedlings(Fujian Passion Fruit No.3)were infected with P.indica for 30 d,then the seedlings were analyzed for physiological and biochemical indexes after cold treatment at 0℃for 0,6,12 and 24 h,respectively.The results showed that P.indica colonization significantly improved the activities of antioxidant enzymes and the ability of scavenging reactive oxygen species(ROS)in passion fruit leaves.In comparison with the control without P.indica,the activities of catalase(CAT),ascorbate peroxidase(APX),glutathione reductase(GR),and reduced glutathione(GSH)level in leaves were increased by 60.16%,28.27%,21.31%and 23.23%,respectively after cold treatment for 12 h,while the activity of polyphenol oxidase(PPO),hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))and superoxide anion radical(O_(2)^(-·))contents were decreased by 81.06%,9.96%and 21.96%,respectively.After underwent cold stress for 24 h,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)was significantly improved by 18.18%.Overall,the symbiosis with P.indica significantly improved the cell membrane stability and antioxidant capacity of passion fruit seedlings under cold stress,indicating the contribution of endophytic fungus on boosting the cold resistance of the seedlings.
