摘  要:从福建农林大学校宠物医院采集健康和患病犬肛拭子50份(健康犬23份、患病犬27份),通过选择性培养基分离大肠杆菌,并采用肠杆菌科细菌生化鉴定管进行细菌鉴定;采用琼脂稀释法测定大肠杆菌对12种抗菌药物的敏感性,通过PCR检测耐药基因的携带情况.结果显示:分离的50株宠物犬源大肠杆菌对氟苯尼考的耐药率最高(86%),其次是四环素(50%)、庆大霉素(30%)、环丙沙星(28%)、卡那霉素(26%)、头孢噻呋(24%)、阿奇霉素(16%)、头孢他啶(14%)、阿米卡星(4%)、多黏菌素E(4%);所有菌株均对美罗培南和甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲噁唑敏感;β-内酰胺类耐药基因以bla_(TEM)为主(检出率24%),四环素类耐药基因以tet(A)为主(检出率28%),氟喹诺酮类耐药基因则以qnrS(检出率18%)、qnrB(检出率14%)、oqxA(检出率14%)较为流行.综上,福州地区宠物犬源大肠杆菌的耐药状况严峻,且携带多种重要耐药基因,应加强对宠物细菌耐药性的监测与管理.To investigate the drug resistance and resistance genes of Escherichia coli derived from pet dog in Fuzhou City,50 anal swabs were collected from pet dogs(23 healthy dogs and 27 sick dogs)in the pet hospital of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University for the isolation of E.coli via selective media and subsequent identification by biochemical test.Then the susceptibility of the isolates to 12 antimicrobial agents were determined by agar dilution method,and the presence of drug resistance genes was detected by PCR.The results showed that 50 E.coli strains were isolated from pet dogs;they demonstrated the highest resistance rate to florfenicol(86%),which was followed by tetracycline(50%),gentamicin(30%),ciprofloxacin(28%),kanamycin(26%),ceftiofur(24%),azithromycin(16%),ceftazidime(14%),amikacin(4%)and polymyxin(4%);and all strains were sensitive to meropenem and trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole.The detection of resistance gene showed the highest detection rate for bla_(TEM)(24%)inβ-lactam drug resistance gene and tet(A)(28%)in tetracycline resistance gene,while qnrS(18%),qnrB(14%)and oqxA(14%)were more common in fluoroquinolone resistance gene.In conclusion,the drug resistance of E.coli from pet dogs has become a serious problem in Fuzhou,and some isolates have carried several important resistance genes.Strict monitoring on antimicrobial resist-ance of pet dog is highly recommended.
