摘　　要：李寿铨是萍乡煤矿的开办人之一,是萍乡煤矿兴起发展的重要历史人物。他在萍乡煤矿工作30年,其间担任萍乡煤矿矿长12年。这段时期,正是中国近代工业化走向初步形成的时期,更是中国近现代历史风云变幻的世纪交替之际,他写下并留存的《药石轩日记》《药石轩知行录》《药石轩诗稿》等大量公文、诗信、笔记等,现结集正式出版,有益于我们从又一历史视野去具体而细微地研究中国近代工业化的历史进程,特别是中国共产党领导发动的安源路矿工人十年的革命斗争历史,为此提供了历史亲历者具体、生动、翔实的史料佐证。同时,也有益于我们全面认识像李寿铨这样一批近代企业发展历史中具体管理者的心路历程和所作所为。Li Shouquan is one of the founders of Pingxiang Coal Mine and an important historical figure in the rise and development of Pingxiang Coal Mine.He worked in Pingxiang Coal Mine for 30 years and served as the mine manager for 12 years,which is the period when modern industrialization in China took shape,and also the turning point of the century when China's modern history was changing.The large number of official documents,poems,letters,notes,etc.,such as Yaoshixuan Diary,Yaoshixuan Zhixing Record,Yaoshixuan Poetry Manuscript,which Li Shouquan wrote and kept,are now collected and published,are helpful for us to study the historical process of China's modern industrialization from another historical perspective,especially the ten years of revolutionary struggle history of Anyuan road and mining workers led by the CPC as specific,vivid and detailed historical evidence provided by historical witnesses.Meanwhile,we can have a comprehensive understanding of the mentality and behavior of the managers like Li Shouquan in the development history of modern enterprises.
