摘　　要：城市建设用地是城市土地的重要组成部分,在中国经济增长和城市化进程中发挥着巨大的作用。但是近年来,我国城市建设用地的规模开始无序扩张,导致了一系列的经济、社会、生态等“城市病”问题。因此,在边际等值原理基础上,考虑经济、社会、环境和区际四个角度,建立了我国城市建设用地的最优规模模型指标体系,对我国城市建设用地的投入过程中产生的规模效益进行科学评价,进而为我国城市建设用地未来的投入方向提供了参考和借鉴。最终优化城市规模,提高城市建设用地规模效益和城市建设过程中的效率。Urban construction land is an important part of urban land,which plays a huge role in China's economic growth and urbanization process.But in recent years,the scale of Chinese urban construction land has begun to expand unordered,resulting in a series of“urban diseases”problems in economy,society and ecology.Therefore,in this paper,based on the principles of marginal value,from the economic,social,environmental and interregional four angles to the urban construction land by the optimal scale model index system,scientific evaluation of the urban construction land in the process of investment scale,and then to the urban construction land investment direction provides reference and reference for the future.Finally optimize the city scale,improve the urban construction land scale efficiency and the efficiency in the process of urban construction.
