摘　　要：目的:通过了解某市老年人对长期护理服务的需求,为积极应对老龄化、实现长期护理保险制度在服务供给方面的可持续发展提供理论和实践研究依据。方法:随机抽取该市40家长期护理保险定点护理机构,对60岁及以上老年人发放问卷,再利用Kano模型对老年人的需求属性进行分类,根据Better-Worse系数制作需求属性二维矩阵图。结果:老年人长期护理服务整体需求属性分类结果显示,24项服务被分为期望属性和无差异属性,13项服务为无差异属性(54.2%),11项服务为期望属性(45.8%)。不同健康状态的老年人对期望需求属性、魅力需求属性、无差异需求属性、必备需求属性的划分存在差异性。结论:该市定点护理机构60岁及以上老年人对长期护理服务需求的总体认知不足,失能人员的生理需求可基本满足,但安全需求及社交需求还有较大缺口。建议以需求为导向,丰富长期护理服务项目,制定护理服务标准,根据健康状态有针对性地实施长期护理服务。Objective:The paper attempts to provide a theoretical and practical research basis for actively coping with aging,and realize the sustainable development of long-term care insurance system in terms of service supply by understanding the demand of elderly people for long-term care services in a city.Methods:40 Designated Nursing Institutions in a city were randomly selected to send questionnaires to the elderly aged 60 years and above.The Kano model was used to classify the demand attributes of the elderly,and a two-dimensional matrix diagram of the demand was made according to the Better-Worse coefficient.Results:The overall demand attribute classification of long-term care services for the elderly showed that 24 services were divided into One-dimensional and Indifferent,13 services were Indifferent(54.2%),and 11 services were One-dimensional(45.8%).There were differences in the division of Attractive,Must-be,One-dimensional,Indifferent among the elderly with different health conditions.Conclusions:The general cognition of the needs of the elderly aged 60 years and above in designated nursing institutions in the city is still insufficient.The physiological needs of disabled people can be basically met,but there is still a big gap in safety needs and social needs.It is suggested to enrich long-term care service items,develop nursing service standards,and implement targeted long-term care services according to health status.
