摘　　要：本文从保障人群、基金筹集、评估标准、待遇支付等维度系统分析山东省各市的长期护理保险政策内容,并探讨政策实施取得的主要成效和下一步完善方向,提出相应的对策建议,为进一步完善全省和全国长期护理保险制度提供借鉴。This paper systematically analyzes the content of LTCI policies of cities in Shandong Province from the dimensions of guaranteed population,fund raising,evaluation criteria and benefit payment.At the same time,this article discusses the main achievements in the implementation of the policy and the aspects that should be improved in the next step.Then,we put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improving the LTCI system in Shandong Province and China.
