摘  要:为实现沉管钢壳块体自动化流水线生产,以深中通道项目钢壳制造为依托,应用BIM技术对沉管钢壳块体进行数字化生产设计并建立钢壳块体BIM模型,通过对模型信息的提取与整合,生成套料图、切割指令、组立图、装配树等生产组织信息集。对钢结构生产线进行自动化改造,搭建钢壳块体制造信息化管理平台,建立模型—管理平台—生产线之间的数据通道,实现利用沉管钢壳块体BIM模型指导板材下料切割、零件制造、片体焊接、块体组装的全过程生产和信息化管理。In order to realize the automatic production line of immersed tube steel shell blocks,based on the steel shellmanufacturing of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link project,BIM technology was applied to carry out digital production design ofimmersed tube steel shell blocks,and establish the BIM model of the steel shell blocks.Through the extraction and integrationof model information,the production organization information sets such as nesting drawing,cutting instruction,assemblydrawing and assembly tree are generated,the automatic reconstruction of steel structure production line is carried out,theinformation management platform for steel shell block manufacturing is built,and the data channels among models,managementplatforms and production lines are established to realize the whole process production and information management of platecutting,part manufacturing,sheet welding and block assembly guided by the BIM model of immersed steel shell block.
