摘　　要：季节性流感是一种容易在人际中传播的急性呼吸道传染性疾病,其流感病毒可在全球范围内传播,并且可以感染任何年龄组人群。季节性流感的流行,给全球带来了巨大的疾病负担和经济负担。中医“治未病”思想对后世以季节性流感为代表的传染性疾病的预防有重要指导意义。为规范季节性流感的中医预防干预,并形成地方性的专家共识,采用德尔菲法(Delphi)通过匿名方式在上海地区进行了3轮专家调查及函询,逐步优化和充实了问卷条目,最终对社区居民和医疗机构两部分防治季节性流感的26个条目达成共识,初步形成“季节性流感中医预防方案(上海)”。Seasonal influenza is an acute respiratory infectious disease that is easy to spread among people.Seasonal influenza virus can spread all over the world and can infect people of any age group.The epidemic of seasonal influenza has brought a huge disease burden and economic burden to the world.The thought of“Preventive treatment of disease”in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has important guiding significance for the prevention of infectious diseases represented by seasonal influenza.In order to standardize TCM prevention method of seasonal influenza and to form a local expert consensus,this research conducted three rounds of expert surveys as well as enquiries anonymously through Delphi method,optimizing and enriching the questionnaire items gradually.Finally,consensus was reached on 26 items of prevention and treatment of seasonal influenza in two parts,namely community residents and medical institutions,and the“TCM prevention scheme for seasonal influenza(Shanghai)”was initially formed.
