红藤汤保留灌肠联合微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎合并盆腔积液临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察红藤汤保留灌肠联合微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎合并盆腔积液的疗效及对血清炎症因子的影响。方法:将126例慢性盆腔炎合并盆腔积液患者以随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各63例。2组入院后均给予常规抗感染治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予微波理疗治疗,治疗组给予红藤汤保留灌肠联合微波理疗治疗,2组均治疗7 d,随访3个月。比较2组临床疗效、盆腔包块直径、盆腔积液量、血清炎症因子水平及复发率。结果:治疗组总有效率93.65%,高于对照组80.95%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组盆腔包块直径均较治疗前缩小(P<0.05),盆腔积液量均较治疗前减少(P<0.05);治疗组盆腔包块直径小于对照组(P<0.05),盆腔积液量少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组血清CRP、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3个月,治疗组复发率3.39%,对照组复发率15.69%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红藤汤保留灌肠联合微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎合并盆腔积液疗效确切,可缩小盆腔包块、减少盆腔积液、减轻炎症反应和降低复发率。Objective: To observe the effect of the therapy of Hongteng tang retention enema combined with microwave physiotherapy on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease complicated with pelvic effusion and its effect on serum inflammatory factors. Methods: A total of 126 cases with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease complicated with pelvic effusion were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 63 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional anti-infection therapy after admission. The control group was additionally treated with microwave physiotherapy,and the treatment group was additionally given Hongteng tang retention enema combined with microwave physiotherapy based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for seven days and followed up for three months. The clinical effects,pelvic mass diameter,amount of pelvic effusion, levels of serum inflammatory factors and recurrence rates in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 93.65% in the treatment group,higher than that of 80.95% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the pelvic mass diameter and amount of pelvic effusion in both groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the pelvic mass diameter and amount of pelvic effusion in the treatment group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of serum CRP and IL-6 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The recurrence rate was 3.39% in the treatment group and 15.69% in the control group after the three-month follow-up, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Hongteng tang retention enema combined with microwave physiotherapy has a definite therapeutic effect on the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease complicated with pelvic
