舒肝解郁汤联合盐酸帕罗西汀治疗产后抑郁症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察舒肝解郁汤联合盐酸帕罗西汀治疗产后抑郁症(PD)的临床疗效。方法:选取116例PD患者作回顾性研究,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组和研究组各58例。对照组采用盐酸帕罗西汀治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上联合舒肝解郁汤治疗。2组疗程均为6周,观察比较2组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分变化、2组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组总有效率为91.4%,对照组为79.3%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组HAMD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2、4、6周,2组HAMD评分呈下降趋势,并较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);且研究组HAMD评分在相同时间点均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为6.9%,对照组为39.7%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒肝解郁汤联合盐酸帕罗西汀治疗PD,可显著减轻患者抑郁症状,提高临床疗效,降低药物不良反应发生率。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Shugan Jieyu tang combined with paroxetine hydrochloride on postpartum depression(PD). Methods:A total of 116 PD patients were selected for retrospective study, and divided into the control group and the study group according to different treatment methods, with 58 cases in each group. The control group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride,and the study group was additionally treated with Shugan Jieyu tang based on the treatment of the control group. The treatment course of both groups was six weeks,and the changes in the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),clinical effects and incidence of adverse reactions in both groups were observed and compared. Results:The total effective rate was 91.4% in the study group and 79.3% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in HAMD score between the two groups(P>0.05). After two,four and six weeks of treatment,the HAMD scores in both groups showed a downward trend and were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the HAMD score in the study group was lower than that in the control group at the same time point(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.9% in the study group and 39.7% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Shugan Jieyu tang combined with paroxetine hydrochloride for PD can significantly reduce depressive symptoms,improve clinical effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
