摘　　要：介绍赵京伟治疗肾性脑病的临床经验。赵京伟认为,肾性脑病病位在肾和脑,可波及心、脾、肝等脏腑,以虚、痰、瘀、毒为四大病机,治法有祛痰醒神、补肾填精、活血化瘀、通腑排毒四法,依四法分别创拟醒神汤、补肾生髓汤、益气活血汤、通腑醒脑灌肠汤治疗。临证注重针药并举,常选用具有醒神化痰、补益气血功效的穴位,主穴有百会、四神聪、人中、内关、合谷、太冲等。在血液净化治疗的基础上,诸法并用,共收良效。This paper introduces the clinical experience of ZHAO Jingwei in the treatment of renal encephalopathy. ZHAO Jingwei holds that renal encephalopathy is located in the kidney and brain,and can affect the heart, the spleen, the liver and other viscera. The four major pathogenesis are deficiency,phlegm, blood stasis and toxin. There are four treatment methods, namely dispelling phlegm and resuscitating, supplementing the kidney and essence, activating the blood to resolve stasis, and unblocking the bowels to purge toxin,which correspond to self-made Xingshen tang,Bushen Shengsui tang,Yiqi Huoxue tang and Tongfu Xingnao Guanchang tang respectively. In clinical practice,the combined application of acupuncture and medication is the key;points with the effect of dispelling phlegm and resuscitating,and tonifying qi and blood are used frequently,and the main points are Baihui point(DU 20),Sishencong point(EX-HN1), Renzhong point(DU 26), Neiguan point(PC 6), Hegu point(LI 4), and Taichong point(LV 3). Based on blood purification,the combined application of various methods can help obtain good curative effects.
