摘　　要：介绍周迎春教授运用升阳益胃汤治疗杂病的临证经验。周迎春教授临证时紧抓升阳益胃汤所主治的“脾胃虚弱,阳气不升,湿热中阻”的核心病机,概括用方的指征为:“乏倦纳差口干苦,腹胀便溏或便黏,舌淡胖大有齿痕,苔白黄腻并脉滑”,并将其广泛运用于各类杂病,诸如流产后多汗症、皮肌炎、慢性胃炎等。临证谨守病机,随机而变,均能获良效。This paper introduces Prof. ZHOU Yingchun’s clinical experience in treating miscellaneous diseases with Shengyang Yiwei tang. Prof. ZHOU grasps the core pathogenesis which can be treated by Shengyang Yiwei tang—“spleen and stomach weakness, failure of yang qi to ascend, and central obstruction of damp-heat”, and summarizes the indications of the prescriptions into the followings:fatigue,poor appetite,dry mouth,bitter taste in the mouth,abdominal distension,thin and unformed stool or sticky stool, and pale, fat and enlarged tongue with teeth marks, and white or yellow greasy coating as well as slippery pulse. He widely uses this idea in treating various miscellaneous diseases,such as postpartum hyperhidrosis,dermatomyositis,chronic gastritis and so on,and while using clinically,he carefully observes the pathogenesis and changes the prescriptions according to different situations,which leads to a good effect.
