摘　　要：李燕林教授对慢性肾功能衰竭及其并发症的治疗有深入的研究,认为湿浊内留、气虚血瘀是慢性肾功能衰竭的基本病机,并率先提出了血液透析过程中的“急性虚证”理论,亦对规律血液透析前后的中医证候变化进行了深入研究,且善用经方验方化裁治疗患者,临床疗效显著,为慢性肾功能衰竭的防治理论体系的完善和发展提供了新思路。附上医案1则以说明李教授治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的诊疗思路。Prof. LI Yanlin has in-depth research on the treatment of chronic renal failure and its complications,and believes that the internal retention of damp-turbidity and qi deficiency and blood stasis are the basic pathogenesis of chronic renal failure. Prof. LI was the first to put forward the theory of “acute deficiency syndrome” during hemodialysis, and also conducted in-depth research on the changes of Chinese medicine syndromes before and after regular hemodialysis. In addition, Prof. LI was good at modifying traditional effective prescriptions to treat the patients,and achieved remarkable clinical effect,providing a new idea for the improvement and development of the theoretical system of prevention and treatment of chronic renal failure. Attached is one medical case to explain Prof. LI’s diagnosis and treatment ideas for chronic renal failure.
