摘  要:为了降低锅炉尾部烟道内HCl质量浓度,减少废水的产生,将Ca(OH)_(2)雾化浆液喷入尾部烟道,针对Ca(OH)_(2)浆液脱除烟气中HCl的脱氯过程,以某330 MW锅炉尾部烟道为研究对象,基于计算颗粒流体力学(CPFD)方法建立脱氯过程中烟气与Ca(OH)_(2)浆液间的传热传质模型及化学反应模型,分析了钙氯化学计量比、烟气速度、烟气温度、液滴温度、液滴粒径、浆液质量分数及HCl和SO_(2)质量浓度对脱氯效率的影响。结果表明:随着化学计量比的增加,脱氯效率逐渐升高,但升高幅度逐渐减小;相同化学计量比时,烟气速度、液滴温度和烟气中SO_(2)质量浓度对脱氯效率几乎没有影响,脱氯效率的变化在3.65%以内;烟气温度升高、浆液质量分数增大和HCl质量浓度减小都会降低脱氯效率;脱氯效率随着液滴平均粒径的增大先升高后降低,当液滴平均粒径为80μm时,脱氯效率最高;在实际应用中,必须选择合理的化学计量比及液滴粒径和浆液质量分数,在提高脱氯效率的同时以防对尾部烟道及后续设备产生不利影响。To reduce the concentration of HCl gas in the tail flue and the generation of desulfurization wastewater,Ca(OH)_(2)atomized slurry was injected into the tail flue.Aiming at the dechlorination process of removing HCl from the flue gas in the tail flue of a 330 MW boiler by Ca(OH)_(2) atomized slurry,the heat and mass transfer model and chemical reaction model between flue gas and Ca(OH)_(2) atomized slurry were established based on CPFD method.The effects of calcium chloride ratio(SR),flue gas velocity and temperature,droplet temperature and size,slurry concentration,and HCl and SO_(2) concentration on dechlorination efficiency were analyzed.Results show that with the increase of SR,dechlorination efficiency increases gradually,but the growth rate slows down gradually.At the same SR,flue gas velocity,droplet temperature and SO_(2) concentration in the flue gas have little effect on dechlorination efficiency,and the change of dechlorination efficiency is less than 3.65%.The increase of flue gas temperature and slurry concentration and the decrease of HCl concentration will reduce dechlorination efficiency.The dechlorination efficiency first increases and then decreases with the increase of the average droplet size,when the average droplet size is equal to 80μm,the dechlorination efficiency is the highest.In practical application,reasonable calcium chloride ratio,droplet size and slurry concentration must be selected to prevent adverse effects on tail flue and subsequent equipment and improve dechlorination efficiency.
