生血宁片联合右旋糖酐铁分散片治疗妊娠期孕妇缺铁性贫血的疗效与不良反应观察

摘　　要：目的研究生血宁片联合右旋糖酐铁分散片治疗妊娠期孕妇缺铁性贫血的疗效与不良反应。方法纳入2019年1月-2020年12月医院接受治疗80例观察对象,均为妊娠期孕妇缺铁性贫血患者,以电脑数字随机筛选的方式将所有观察对象分成例数相同的两组,即研究组和对照组,后者接受右旋糖酐铁治疗,前者增加生血宁片治疗。将两组患者治疗前后检查指标、不良反应发生率、妊娠结局以及临床治疗效率进行对比。结果研究组治疗前各项检查指标与对照组进行比较,提示不存在显著差异,(P>0.05);治疗后,提示研究组更优,(P<0.05);研究组治疗后不良反应发生率与参照组进行比较,提示研究组更低,(P<0.05);研究组不良妊娠结局发生率与参照组进行比较,提示研究组更低,(P<0.05);研究组临床治疗效率与参照组进行比较,提示研究组更高,(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期孕妇缺铁性贫血患者应用生血宁片和右旋糖酐铁分散片联合治疗,治疗效果显著,不良反应发生率低。Objective To study the efficacy and side effects of Shengxuening tablets combined with iron dextran dispersible tablets in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women.Methods 80 observation subjects,all of whom were pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy,were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020.All observation subjects were divided into two groups with the same number of cases by computer numerical random screening,namely,the study group and the control group.The latter was treated with iron dextran,and the former was treated with Shengxuening tablets.The examination indexes,adverse reaction rate,pregnancy outcome and clinical treatment efficiency of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference between the study group and the control group(P>0.05);After treatment,it suggested that the study group was better(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05);The clinical treatment efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of Shengxuening tablets and iron dextran dispersible tablets is effective in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.It is worth popularizing.
