摘  要:以二乙烯三胺(DETA)为基础胺改性对象,聚乙二醇(PEG)为亲水链段,双酚A环氧树脂828(E51型)为疏水链段,通过设计分子链嵌段构型制备非离子型水性环氧固化剂。水溶性实验和环氧值测定表明聚乙二醇与环氧树脂反应,并有效改善产物的亲水性。红外光谱分析产物结构与设想一致,热失重分析测试了合成固化剂的热稳定性。选择不同分子量的聚乙二醇,调整合成工艺,合成出不同分子量的非离子型水性环氧固化剂,与自行制备的水性防腐环氧涂料成膜,探究不同分子量的环氧固化剂所成的涂膜在机械性能和耐性上的区别。实验结果表明,选用的聚乙二醇分子量为2000的环氧固化剂常温成膜最好,综合性能最佳。With diethylenetriamine(DETA)as the basic amine modification object,polyethylene glycol(PEG)as the hydrophilic segment,and bisphenol A epoxy resin 828(E51 type)as the hydrophobic segment,nonionic waterborne epoxy curing agent was prepared by designing molecular chain segments.The water solubility test and epoxy value determination showed that polyethylene glycol reacted with epoxy resin and effectively improved the hydrophilicity of the product.Infrared spectroscopy analysis of the product structure is consistent with the assumption,the thermal stability of the synthesized curing agent was tested by thermogravimetric analysis.Selecting polyethylene glycols of different molecular weights and adjusting the synthesis process can synthesize nonionic waterborne epoxy curing agents of different molecular weights.The curing agent was formed into a film with the self-prepared waterborne anticorrosion epoxy coatings,and the difference in physical properties and resistance of the coatings film formed by epoxy curing agents with different molecular weights was explored.The test results show that the selected epoxy curing agent with a polyethylene glycol molecular weight of 2000 has the best film formation at room temperature and has the best comprehensive performance.
