摘  要:介绍了一种用于水电大坝迎水面具有抗冰拔效果的无溶剂氟硅改性天冬聚脲面漆的研制及抗冰拔涂层设计方案。对位于高寒地区的水电大坝抗冰棱提供了一种有效的防护措施。涂层由天冬聚脲中涂层及氟硅改性天冬聚脲面漆组成,其与水的接触角>105°,具有抗紫外线、弹性好、耐水性好、耐冲刷、抗冻融、抗高低温循环等诸多优点,在水库大坝抗冰冻防护领域显示出良好的应用前景。This paper introduces the development of a solvent-free fluorosilicone-modified aspartic polyurea topcoat with anti-icing effect on the upstream surfaces of hydropower dams and the design of the anti-icing coatings,which provide an effective protection measure for hydropower dams in alpine regions against ice edges.The coatings with the water contact angle more than 105°are composed of aspartic polyurea middle coat and fluorosilicone-modified aspartic polyurea topcoat.The coatings have many advantages such as ultraviolet resistance,high elasticity,good water resistance,scour resistance,good freeze-thaw resistance and high and low temperature cycle resistance,and show excellent application prospects in the field of anti-freezing protection of reservoir dams.
