摘　　要：介绍了一种安全环境友好的水性铝粉烤漆,经过性能验证以及施工应用,完全满足客户钢轮生产线的涂装要求,在外观方面超过目前溶剂型产品,同时极大地降低了涂料的VOC_(s),对环境以及清洁生产起到了积极的促进作用。This paper introduces a kind of safe and environmentally friendly waterborne aluminum powder baking coatings.Performance verification and application results show that the painting requirements of the customer’s steel wheel production lines are fully met while the appearance is better than current solventborne products.It greatly reduces VOCs in coatings and plays a positive role in promoting environmental protection and clean production.
