摘  要:传统的钢管脚手架无法应用于双面或三面紧邻剪力墙预留孔洞的上部或周边施工作业。为满足洞口施工作业,特提出一种预留洞口工具式支撑防护架,同时设计支撑架现场试验,应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立支撑防护架模型并进行数值模拟。结果表明,该模拟结果与实验基本吻合,对比支撑架应力应变曲线、挠度曲线、弹塑性分析及疲劳极限等,进一步验证了该支撑架的实用性及可靠性,对同类工程设计和施工具有一定的参考价值。Traditional steel pipe scaffold could not be used for upper structure and surrounding construction of reserved opening whose two or three sides are close to shear wall.To satisfy the opening construction,this paper proposed an implementary support and protection frame for reserved opening,and designed support frame field test to use ABAQUS finite element analysis software to establish support and protection frame model and to carry out numerical simulation.It was found that this simulation result complies with the test result.Stress-strain curve,deflection curve,elastic-plasticity analysis and endurance limit were compared to verify the feasibility and reliability of the support frame,providing references for design and construction of similar project.
