摘　　要：某办公楼塔楼为超限高层结构,存在着扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、竖向抗侧力构件不连续的超限情况,对此采用了盈建科和PMSAP两种软件的小震分析对比、弹性时程分析和楼板应力分析,经补充计算分析,具有良好的抗震性能,能满足规范要求。An office tower building is ultra-limit high-rise structure,having some ultra-limit conditions,such as irregular corner,irregular shape and discontinuous longitudinal lateral resisting component,etc.Yingjianke and PMSAP software were used for small earthquake analysis comparison,elastic time history analysis and floor stress analysis.After analysis,it was found that the structure has favorable seismic performance and could satisfy the specification requirement.
