摘 要:随着轨道交通的快速发展,城轨车辆和工程车类型越来越多,目前采用限界检测车检查隧道侵界的弊端愈发凸显,效率难以满足检查要求。本研究提出了一种基于三维激光扫描点云数据智能检测地铁隧道是否侵界的方法,该方法利用空间投影法提取隧道中轴线,在限界基准坐标系下将隧道断面轮廓点云与相对应限界模型叠加进行对比,采用inpolygon函数实现限界检测,并基于矢量算法计算出侵界的程度。试验结果可智能检测隧道限界并生成检测结果图,表明利用三维激光扫描技术能够快速、智能地实现地铁隧道限界检测。There are more and more types of urban rail vehicles and engineering vehicles along with the rapid development of rail transit.At present,the drawbacks of using clearance cars to check tunnel gauge encroachment appear more prominent,with unsatisfied efficiency to meet the inspection requirements.In this thesis,a method for intelligently detecting the intruded degree of subway tunnels based on 3D laser scanning point cloud data is proposed.With this method,the central axis of the tunnel can be determined based on the spatial projection method,the point cloud of the tunnel section profile and the corresponding gauge model are overlaid to compare and analyze in the gauge reference coordinate system,the boundary detection is realized with the help of the inpolygon function,at the same time the intruded degree is calculated based on the vector algorithm.As the test results,the tunnel gauge can be intelligently detected and the detection result map is generated,showing the subway tunnel gauge detection can be realized quickly and intelligently with the use of 3D laser scanning technology.
