摘　　要：在存量更新时代,日益进步的建筑技术正在不断地优化老旧住宅改造的路径。通过开展对既有老旧住宅改造技术的研究与实践,梳理了其同层排水技术的3个阶段性成果,总结了建筑部品工业化、装配式建造等建筑技术理念在既有老旧住宅改造领域的优势。同时,为实现规模化的老旧住宅改造任务,进一步探讨了老旧住宅改造的智能化趋势。In the era of stock renewal,the increasingly advanced construction technology is constantly optimizing the path of old residential buildings'renovation.This paper introduces the research and practice of renovation technology of old residential buildings,sorts out the three stage achievements of its same-floor drainage technology,and summarizes the industrialization of building parts,prefabricated construction and other building technology concepts in the existing There are advantages in the field of old residential renovation.In order to realize the task of large-scale renovation of old residential buildings,this paper further discusses the intelligent trend of renovation of old residential buildings.
