表麻面膜在强脉冲光治疗雀斑中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究表麻面膜减轻强脉冲光治疗雀斑时的疼痛情况及外敷表麻面膜与疗效、患者满意度的关系。方法:将60例雀斑患者随机分为A、B两组,两组均进行1次IPL治疗,其中B组术前外敷表麻面膜20 min。采用疼痛数字评分法在术后即刻进行疼痛评分,术后1个月对A、B两组治疗舒适满意度及不良反应进行随访。结果:在疼痛评分方面,B组患者疼痛度明显小于A组(P<0.01);两组治疗效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组患者对治疗舒适满意度较A组高(P=0.033)。结论:对进行强脉冲光治疗的雀斑患者实施治疗前外敷表麻面膜可明显减轻患者疼痛,对治疗效果无影响,能够提高患者治疗的舒适满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To study the pain relief of surface anesthetic mask during intense pulsed light treatment of freckles and to observe the effects of surface anesthetic mask on the efficacy and patient satisfaction.Methods A total of 60 patients with freckles were randomly divided into groups A and B,and both groups were treated with IPL once,and group B applied a facial mask for 20 minutes before surgery.The pain scoring method was used to evaluate the pain right after the procedure,and the patients’satisfaction and adverse effects after 1 month follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score of patients in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in treatment efficiency between the two groups(P>0.05).Patients in group B were much more satisfied with treatment comfort than group A(P=0.033).Conclusion The application of a surface anesthetic mask prior to intense pulsed light therapy for the treatment of freckles significantly reduced patients’pain,and exerted no effects on the treatment efficacy.The surface anesthetic mask can improve patients’satisfaction with treatment comfort and is worthy of clinical promotion.
