摘　　要：目的:探讨不同温度肿胀液对局麻吸脂手术效果的影响。方法:选取笔者医院2020年4月-2021年3月接受局麻吸脂手术就医者46例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各23例。对照组给予常温22℃的肿胀液注入皮下组织,观察组使用加温仪加温至37℃注入皮下组织。比较两组肿胀液起效时间,注射肿胀液后手术开始0.5 h时、手术开始1 h时、手术结束后0.5 h时就医者体温情况,注射肿胀液及吸脂时就医者疼痛情况等。结果:观察组麻醉起效时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组注射肿胀液后手术开始0.5 h时、手术开始1 h时、手术结束后0.5 h时就医者体温均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组注射肿胀液及吸脂时疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:局麻吸脂手术时为就医者注射加温至37℃的肿胀液可有效加快麻醉起效时间、防止低体温发生、缓解注射时及脂肪抽吸时的疼痛感,提高就医者舒适度。Objective To investigate the effect of different temperature tumescent fluid on local anesthesia liposuction.Methods 46 patients who underwent liposuction under local anesthesia in our hospital from April 2020 to March 2021,were randomly divided into the control group and the observer group,23 cases in each group.In the control group,patients were given the 22℃ temperature tumescent fluid into the subcutaneous tissue,while in the observation group the tumescent fluid was heating to 37℃.The effective time of tumescent fluid was compared between the two groups.The patients’temperature at 0.5 h,1 h and 0.5 h after the operation,and the patients’pain at the time of tumescent fluid injection and liposuction were observed.Results The effective time of anesthesia in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The temperature of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 0.5 h,1 h and 0.5 h after the operation after the injection of tumescent fluid(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group when the swelling liquid and liposuction injected(P<0.05).Conclusion Injecting 37℃ tumescent liquid for patients during local anesthesia liposuction can effectively accelerate the effective time of anesthesia,prevent hypothermia,relieve pain during injection and liposuction,improve patient comfort,reduce complications,and promote the recovery of patients.
