摘　　要：目的:探讨标准化护理干预在儿童普外科手术切口修复中的应用效果。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2019年10月-2020年10月于笔者医院就诊并接受外科手术的患儿130例为研究对象,根据入科时间顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组各65例。对照组采用常规术后切口护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用标准化护理干预。比较两组切口愈合时间、切口愈合等级、瘢痕情况及美学效果。结果:观察组切口愈合时间为(6.93±1.52)d,对照组为(8.76±1.29)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿切口愈合等级、温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver scar scale,VSS)评分及美学效果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:标准化护理模式应用于儿童普外科手术切口修复中能够改善其美学效果,值得在临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of standardized nursing intervention in the incision repair of children’s general surgery.Methods Used convenience sampling method,130 children who received surgery in the our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to the time sequence of admission,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 65 patients in each group.The control group received conventional care.The observation group adopted standardized nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The incision healing time,incision healing grade,scar condition and aesthetic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The incision healing time in the observation group was(6.93±1.52)d,and the control group was(8.76±1.29)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incision healing grade,VSS score and aesthetic effect in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized nursing intervention can improve the aesthetic effect of surgical incision repair in children in general surgery department and is worthy of clinical application.
