摘  要:针对当前矿渣微粉立式磨机设备的运维方式,通过对设备已有数据进行深入的数据分析与挖掘,构建设备健康状态预测模型,接入实时数据与预测模型进行比对来对立式磨机整体潜在故障风险进行预测与预警。当设备状态发生预警时,基于所输入的潜在故障现象描述,实现运维措施的推荐。在工厂设备数字化管理的基础上,进一步挖掘数字化所带来的价值,让数字化真正服务于智能工厂的日常运行,为数字化进一步向智能化迈进奠定坚实的基础。In view of the current operation and maintenance mode of the vertical mill equipment for fine slag powder,through the data analysis and mining of the existing data of the equipment,a prediction model for the health status of the equipment is established.By connecting real-time data and comparing with the prediction model,the potential failure risk of the vertical mill can be predicted and forewarned.When the early warning of the equipment occurs,based on the input of the potential fault phenomenon description,the model can recommend operation and maintenance measures.Based on the digitalized management of plant equipment,by further excavating the value brought by digitalization,and making digitalization truly serve the daily operation of intelligent factory,it will lay a solid foundation for digitalization toward intelligentization.
