摘 要:港口物流目前处于传统供应链管理阶段,数据处理及供应链响应慢等缺点导致其已经无法满足企业发展要求,供应链数字化转型迫在眉睫。以A公司为例,基于港口供应链控制塔的思想,从客户需求分析,到订单生成、决策方案生产,再到透明化管理、公司信用评级等业务流程,围绕铜精矿业务提出了港口物流数字化转型的方案。港口供应链控制塔建设与应用为A公司打造了端到端的透明管理,实现了决策智能化和协同化,为企业创造了价值。ort logistics is currently in the stage of traditional supply chain management.The shortcom⁃ings of slow data processing and slow supply chain response have made it unable to meet the require⁃ments of enterprise development.The digital transformation of the supply chain is imminent.Taking Company A as a case,a plan for port logistics digital transformation around copper concentrate busi⁃ness is proposed based on the idea of port supply chain control tower,which takes the customer de⁃mand analysis,order generation,decision-making scheme production,transparent management,cor⁃porate credit rating and other business processes into consideration.The construction of port supply chain control tower creates end-to-end transparent management for Company A,realizes intelligent co⁃ordination and decision-making,and creates values for the enterprise.
