摘 要:目的针对活性组织宽频介电特性温度相关性研究需要,探索适用于宽频介电参数精准测量的方法以及建立对应的快速控温平台。方法通过优选电极材质来缓解电极极化现象,扩宽二电极法的有效带宽;对比四、二电极法测量结果的重合频率段以及相对误差,建立四、二电极法宽频数据整合方案;改进阻抗测量盒以增强传热效率,采用高性能控温水槽实现快速精准控温。结果使用银/氯化银电极可以使二电极法有效带宽从5×10^(4)~1×10^(8) Hz扩宽至1.26×10^(3)~1×10^(8) Hz;四电极法有效带宽为1×10^(1)~5×10^(5) Hz;四、二电极法在1.26×10^(3)~5×10^(5) Hz下进行数据整合可以保证最佳整合效果,使有效带宽扩大到1×10^(1)~1×10^(8) Hz;快速控温平台可以实现每变化1℃耗时小于45 s,并在目标温度下保持稳定。结论建立的适于介电温度相关特性研究的活性组织介电特性测量平台可以实现大范围快速温度变化下的宽频介电参数精准测量,为多数组织介电参数的温度相关性研究奠定基础。Objective In view of the research needs of the temperature dependence of the broadband dielectric properties of living tissues,the method suitable for the accurate measurement of broadband dielectric parameters and the establishment of the corresponding rapid temperature control platform are explored.Methods By selecting good electrode material,the phenomenon of electrode polarization was alleviated and the effective bandwidth of the two-electrode method was widened;by comparing the overlapping frequency bands and relative errors of the measurement results of the four/two-electrode method,a broadband data integration scheme was established;and the impedance measurement box was improved to enhance the heat transfer efficiency,and the high-performance temperature-controlled water tank was used to achieve fast and precise temperature control.Results The use of Ag/AgCl electrodes could widen the effective bandwidth of the two-electrode method from 5×10^(4)–1×10^(8) Hz to 1.26×10^(3)–1×10^(8) Hz;the effective bandwidth of the four-electrode method was 1×10^(1)–5×10^(5) Hz;the data integration of the four/two-electrode method at 1.26×10^(3)–5×10^(5) Hz could ensure the best integration effect and expand the effective bandwidth to 1×10^(1)–1×10^(8) Hz;and the rapid temperature control platform could realize that each change of 1℃took less than 45 s and remained stable at the target temperature.Conclusion The established dielectric property measurement platform for living tissue suitable for the study of dielectric-temperature related properties can realize accurate measurement of broadband dielectric parameters under a wide range of rapid temperature changes,which lays a foundation for the study of temperature dependence of dielectric parameters of most tissues.
