基于数据挖掘中医方药治疗偏头痛规律

摘　　要：目的对《中医方剂大辞典》、中医智库以及近10年国医大师、名老中医治疗偏头痛方剂组方规律进行分析,为临床治疗偏头痛和新药研发提供思路。方法收集并整理《中医方剂大辞典》及国医大师、名老中医治疗偏头痛的108首方剂,将其录入古今医案云平台并对其药物种类、四气、五味、归经进行频次统计;运用关联、聚类、Gephi复杂网络分析等方法分析偏头痛方药组合规律。结果在治疗偏头痛的108首方剂中,共涉及227味中药,以川芎、细辛、白芷、防风、甘草、当归、天麻为最;用药以温平,辛甘苦,归肝、肺、脾经为主;通过关联分析出药物组合主要有细辛川芎,白芷川芎,防风川芎等。结论通过数据挖掘发现古今名医在治疗偏头痛方面所选药物多具有疏风止痛、活血行气、祛湿通络等作用。Objective To analyze the rules of prescriptions for migraine from the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions,think tank of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),or by TCM masters and famous veteran TCM doctors in recent 10 years,and to provide ideas for clinical treatment of migraine and new drug research.Methods A total of 108 prescriptions for migraine collected from the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions,or by TCM masters and famous veteran TCM doctors were recorded into the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform for frequency statistics of drug types,four properties,five tastes and channel tropism.The combination rules of migraine prescriptions were analyzed by association,clustering and Gephi complex network analysis.Results Among 108 prescriptions for migraine,227 herbs were involved,including Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Asarum,Radix Angelicae Dahuricae,Divaricate Saposhniovia Root,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Rhizoma Gastrodiae and so on.Most of the prescriptions were warm and neutral in nature,bitter,sweet and pungent in taste and entered liver,lung and spleen meridians.Through association analysis,the main combinations were Asarum Chuanxiong,Radix Angelicae Dahuricae Chuanxiong,Radix Fangfeng Chuanxiong,etc.Conclusion Through data mining,it is found that the treatment of migraine by ancient and modern famous doctors is mainly based on expelling wind and relieving pain,activating blood circulation and promoting qi movement,and eliminating dampness and dredging collaterals.
