摘　　要：党的十八大以来,在习近平外交思想的指引下,新时代中国特色大国外交在应对百年未有之大变局加速演进时,表现出强大国际影响力、感召力和塑造力,为回答“世界向何处去?和平还是战争?发展还是衰退?开放还是封闭?合作还是对抗?”的时代之问给出了“中国答案”。习近平外交思想明确了以构建人类命运共同体为总目标、以推动“一带一路”建设为重要合作平台的新时代中国外交的基本方略。欧亚地区是新时代中国外交诸多理念的首倡地,是命运共同体建设和“一带一路”建设的先行区和示范区。本文探析在欧亚地区推动“一带一路”建设的实践成就和特点以及面临的机遇与挑战,并且探讨在欧亚地区推动“一带一路”高质量发展的路径选择。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),underthe guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy,major-country diplomacy withChinese characteristics in the new era has shown strong international influence andshaping ability in responding to the greatest changes in a century.President Xi has given“China’s Answer”to a series of questions of the times,such as“Where is the worldgoing?Peace or war?Development or recession?Opening or closing?Cooperation orconfrontation?”Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy have clearly defined the basicframework of China’s diplomacy in the new era:to build a global community of sharedfuture as the general goal,and to promote the construction of“the Belt and Road”as animportant platform for cooperation.The Eurasian region is the birthplace of manyconcepts of China’s diplomacy in the new era,and is a pilot and demonstration area forthe construction of a global community of shared future and“the Belt and Road”.Thispaper explores the practical achievements,characteristics,opportunities and challengesof“the Belt and Road”construction in Eurasia,as well as the path choice for high-quality development in the future.
