摘　　要：研究生教育是培养高层次、高水平医学人才的重要环节。在“新医科”背景下如何提升中医专业硕士研究生培养质量,是当前中医学高等教育面临的重大课题与挑战。本研究梳理了我国不同院校中医学科研究生培养的现状与亟待解决的问题,并基于当前我校中医药专业硕士研究生职业能力导向不充分、实践能力培养不足、培养环节安排不合理等突出问题,特此提出“一体两翼三维四驱”中医专业研究生培养体系,即以学生职业能力培养一体化设计为主体,以“知识传授”和“临床科研能力”双提升为主,建立“1+X”课程体系、多形式教学模式、多层次技能培训,实现学校、导师、学生、医院为四驱联动的培养策略并加以实施,探索新医科背景下中医专业硕士研究生培养方式,以期培养一批掌握临床技能,具有科研能力、创新能力和良好素质的医学人才,满足临床与高校科研单位对中医药高层次人才的实际需求,更好地服务区域医疗卫生事业发展。Postgraduate education is an important link in cultivating high-level and high-level medical talents.How to improve the training quality of postgraduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine under the background of new medicine is a major subject and challenge facing the higher education of traditional Chinese medicine.This study has sorted out the current situation and urgent problems of the cultivation of Chinese medicine graduate students in different colleges and universities in my country.We hereby propose the One Body,Two Wings,Three Dimensional and Four Wheel Drive postgraduate training system for TCM majors,that is,the integrated design of students professional ability training is the main body,and the dual improvement of knowledge transfer and clinical scientific research ability is the main focus,and a 1+X course is established.System,multi-form teaching mode,multi-level skill training,realize the four-wheel-drive training strategy of schools,tutors,students,and hospitals,and implement them,explore the training methods for master students of traditional Chinese medicine under the new medical background,in order to cultivate a group of clinical masters.Medical talents with scientific research ability,innovation ability and good quality can meet the actual needs of clinical and university scientific research units for high-level talents of traditional Chinese medicine,and better serve the development of regional medical and health services.
