摘 要:对热轧和冷轧过程中3104铝合金边部、1/4处和心部的微观结构变化规律进行了研究,运用差热、透射电镜、X射线衍射和电子背散射衍射技术对微观组织结构和构成进行了系统表征。结果表明,3104铝合金热轧后的基体组织中仍存在部分尺度较大的共晶结晶相,弥散相的析出存在于均热和热轧过程中。热轧后,相比于心部和1/4处,边部的基体组织中存在更多的位错,并且有大量亚晶生成;边部、心部和1/4处晶粒尺寸大小分布不均匀,心部的晶粒尺寸为10~200μm,平均晶粒尺寸为51.15μm;边部和1/4处的晶粒尺寸范围为10~80μm,平均晶粒尺寸分别为22和25μm。冷轧过程中,三机架的位错密度较单机架高,存在的胞状亚晶尺寸和亚晶尺寸偏小。The microstructure change in the edge,1/4 position and center of 3104 aluminum alloy during hot rolling and cold rolling were studied.The structure and composition of microstructure were characterized systematacially using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),transmission electron microscope(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and electron back-scattered diffraction(EBSD).The results show that there are still some large-scale eutectic crystalline phases in the matrix structure of 3104 aluminum alloy after hot rolling,and the precipitation of dispersed phase exists in soaking and hot rolling processes.After hot rolling,compared with the center and 1/4 position,there are more dislocations in the matrix structure at the edge,and a large number of subgrains are formed.The grain size distribution at the edge,center and 1/4 position is uneven.The grain size at the center is 10-200μm and the average grain size is 51.15μm.The grain size at the edge and 1/4 position is 10-80μm,and the average grain size is 22 and 25μm,respectively.In the cold rolling process,the dislocation density of three stands is higher than that of single stand,and the sizes of cellular subgrain and subgrain are smaller.
