摘 要:为提升彩色涂层钢板(简称彩涂板)产品质量,以PCM与VCM彩涂板为研究对象,结合实际生产工艺参数,利用UMT-3摩擦磨损试验机研究了不同载荷、摩擦速度和接触状态对彩涂板摩擦磨损性能的影响,并借助扫描电子显微镜分析了磨损微观形貌,深入探究了彩涂板的摩擦磨损特性与机理。结果表明,两种彩涂板的摩擦因数均随法向载荷与摩擦速度的增大而减小;PCM彩涂板的磨损机制主要为粘着磨损和磨粒磨损,而VCM彩涂板的磨损机制主要为粘着磨损。相比于干摩擦,在油润滑摩擦条件下两种彩涂板的摩擦因数均降低了66%以上,出现保护膜破损的时间也更晚。研究给出了两种彩涂板的失效机理和临界工艺条件,为彩涂板冲压成形质量控制与提升提供了理论参考。To improve the product quality of colored coated steel plates(colored coated plates for short),taking PCM and VCM colored coated plates as the research objects,and combining with actual production process parameters,UMT-3 friction and wear testing machine was used to study the effects of different loads,friction speeds and contact states on the friction and wear properties of colored coated plates.And the wear morphologies were analyzed by scanning electron microscope to deeply explore the friction and wear characteristics and mechanism of colored coated plates.The results show that the friction factors of the two kinds of colored coated plates decrease with the increase of normal load and friction speed.The wear mechanism of PCM colored coated plate is mainly adhesive wear and abrasive wear,while the wear mechanism of VCM colored coated plate is mainly adhesive wear.Compared with dry friction,the friction factors of the two kinds of colored coated plates decrease by more than 66%under the condition of oil lubrication friction,and the appearance time of protective film damage is later.The failure mechanism and critical process conditions of the two kinds of colored coated plates were provided in the study,which provids theoretical reference for the control and improvement of stamping forming quality of colored coated plates.
