摘 要:基准线值在电力市场碳排放配额指标分配中起到关键性作用,但其需要发电厂报送大量碳排放数据作为理论分析基础。基于增强碳排放数据报送信任基础、提高发电厂碳排放数据报送积极性的目的,采用在区块链激励层设计相应激励机制方法来建立机构间的互信。现有区块链模式中,联盟链更能满足碳排放数据报送系统需要的高性能与去中心化要求,因此该文在碳排放数据报送系统中构建了联盟链技术的应用架构,激励层设计了信誉评价机制,并通过实例仿真验证了信誉评价机制的适用性。The baseline value plays a key role in the allocation of carbon emission quotas in the electricity market,but it requires power plants to submit a large amount of carbon emission data as the basis for theoretical analysis.Based on the purpose of enhancing the trust basis for carbon emission data submission and increasing the enthusiasm of power plants for carbon emission data submission,the corresponding incentive mechanism method is designed in the blockchain incentive layer to establish mutual trust among institutions.In the existing blockchain model,the alliance chain can better meet the high performance and decentralization requirements of the carbon emission data reporting system.Therefore,the article constructs the application architecture of the alliance chain technology in the carbon emission data reporting system,and the incentive layer designs a reputation evaluation mechanism,and verifies the applicability of the reputation evaluation mechanism through an example simulation.
