摘  要:为满足二次设备在智能变电站内的周期性巡视需求,设计基于IED和SCD文件的智能变电站二次设备智能巡检系统。利用B/S组网模式,为Web服务器与浏览器提供连接环境,借助巡检断路器,收集散乱分布的传输电子量,完成智能巡检系统组成结构的搭建与设计。在此基础上,解析关键SCD文件,通过配置二次设备连接信息的方式,对IED巡检码进行校核处理,满足智能变电环境中的具体巡检指令需求,结合相关硬件组成结构,完成基于IED和SCD文件的智能变电站二次设备智能巡检系统设计。与常规Linux巡检系统相比,智能巡检系统可在为二次设备匹配足量传输电信号的同时,满足变电站在不同阶段的电量巡检需求,符合周期性电量巡视的应用需求。In order to meet the periodic patrol requirements of secondary equipment in intelligent substation,an intelligent patrol inspection system of secondary equipment in intelligent substation based on IED and SCD files is designed.B/S networking mode is used to provide a connection environment for Web server and browser.By means of patrol circuit breaker,scattered transmission electrons are collected,and the structure of intelligent patrol system is built and designed.On this basis,the key SCD files are analyzed,and the IED inspection code is checked and processed by configuring the connection information of secondary equipment,so as to meet the specific inspection instruction requirements in the intelligent substation environment.Combined with the related hardware structure,the intelligent patrol inspection system design of secondary equipment in intelligent substation is completed based on IED and SCD files.Compared with the conventional Linux inspection system,the intelligent inspection system can not only match enough transmission electrical signals for secondary equipment,but also meet the requirements of power inspection in different stages of substations,and meet the application requirements of periodic power inspection.
