摘  要:联合作战行动中的关键是选择最优火力分配方案,最大化发挥武器系统效能。常规导弹火力分配问题一般视为多目标优化问题进行研究。针对非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-III)在武器-目标的分配问题中缺少对决策者偏好的衡量这一问题,提出基于R-NSGA-III的常规导弹火力分配模型,根据决策者偏好生成参考点;针对常规导弹存在调度转移和发射前准备时间等特点,采用引入时间成本展现方案开销的方法。通过实验验证模型有效性,运行时间为NSGA-III模型的52%;通过三维散点图进行方案展示,为辅助决策提供有效支撑。The optimal firepower assignment scheme is the key to joint combat operations,which can maximize the effectiveness of the weapon system.The firepower distribution problem of conventional missiles is generally studied as multi⁃objective optimization.The non⁃dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-III)is widely used in the research of weapon⁃target assignment,while it lacks the measurement of the decision makers’preference.Firepower distribution model for conventional missiles based on R-NSGA-III is proposed,which generates reference points according to the preference of decision makers.In order to have the characteristics of scheduling transfer and pre⁃launch time,the cost of the time cost is introduced to show the scheme overhead.The validity of the model is verified through experiments,and the running time is 52%of the NSGA-III model;the scheme is displayed through three⁃dimensional scatter plot,which provides effective support auxiliary decision⁃making.
