摘 要:由于挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的危害越来越严重,VOCs的综合整治已经上升为国家和地区层面战略的关键举措之一。在现行的处理技术中,催化燃烧技术被认为是一种有效且绿色的处理技术。在VOCs催化燃烧设备中,催化剂是核心。在推动VOCs催化燃烧技术中,催化剂的研制起着关键性作用,其性能的优劣对燃烧效率和能耗有着重要的影响。近年来研究发现,钴锰复合氧化物催化剂在VOCs处理的效果在一定程度上优于贵金属催化剂,在实际工程应用中也表现出一定的工业应用化前景。基于此,本文从催化剂所用的活性成分入手,尤其是钴锰复合氧化物在催化燃烧VOCs的最新研究进展进行了综述,期待该类催化剂在未来有更广泛的应用。As the harm of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)is becoming more and more serious,the comprehensive treatment of VOCs has become one of the key strategic measures at the national and regional levels.Among the current treatment technologies,catalytic combustion technology is considered to be an effective and green treatment technology.Catalyst is the core of catalytic combustion technology.In recent years,it has been found that the effect of cobalt manganese composite oxide catalyst on VOCs treatment is better than that of noble metal catalyst to a certain extent,and it also shows a good industrial application prospect in practical engineering applications.Based on this,the latest research progress on catalyst types,especially cobalt manganese composite oxides in catalytic combustion of VOCs,was summarized,and this kind of catalyst was expected that will be widely used in the future.
