摘 要:系统研究了对苯醌催化加氢的工艺,并筛选了合适的加氢催化剂,优化加氢的反应工艺。系统研究了反应温度、压力及加氢方式对对苯醌催化加氢反应的影响,提高了反应的安全性,确定最佳合成工艺条件,实现对苯二酚绿色合成的工艺目标。研究结果表明:以对苯醌为原料,负载型骨架镍为催化剂,在超重力催化装置中压力为1.5 MPa,温度为90℃条件下进行连续化反应,对苯二酚的产率最高。The process of catalytic hydrogenation of p-benzoquinone was systematically studied,the appropriate hydrogenation catalyst was screened,and the hydrogenation reaction process was optimized.The influence of reaction temperature,pressure and hydrogenation method on the catalytic hydrogenation of p-benzoquinone was systematically studied.The safety of the reaction was improved,the optimal synthesis process conditions were determined,and the process goal of the green synthesis of hydroquinone was realized.The research results showed that using p-benzoquinone as a raw material,supported skeletal nickel as a catalyst,and continuous reaction under the conditions of a pressure of 1.5 MPa and a temperature of 90℃in a high gravity catalytic device,the yield of hydroquinone was the highest.
