摘  要:白色ABS通过添加钛白粉来实现遮光效果,但需要兼顾成本和品质管控,需要对遮光效果做量化评价,制作不同钛白粉含量的白色ABS样板,且对比了不同遮光产品透过率的测量方法,通过以上实验得到以下结论,随着钛白粉添加量的增加,可见光透过率降低,遮光效果越好,当钛白粉含量到13%以上可以实现2.0 mm厚度完全遮光;使用透光率雾度仪和分光光度计法测量透过率时,透过率在0.01%以上时,测量结果跟目视效果一致,透过率越低,遮光效果越好,但如果透过率在0.01%以下时,测量结果区分不出不同的遮光效果;测量最大透过率波长的透过率,或可见光波长平均透过率,随着钛白粉含量的增加,透过率逐渐降低,跟目视效果接近。By adding titanium dioxide,the shading effect of the white ABS was achieved,but it needed to give consideration to cost and quality control.It needed to make a quantitative evaluation of the shading effect.White ABS templates with different titanium dioxide content were produced,and the measurement methods of the transmittance of different shading products were compared.The results showed that with the increase of titanium dioxide addition,the visible light transmittance decreased,and the shading effect was better.When the content of titanium dioxide was more than 13%,it can achieve full shading of 2.0 mm thickness.When using the transmittance haze meter and spectrophotometer to measure the transmittance,if the transmittance was above 0.01%,the measurement results were consistent with the visual effect.The lower the transmittance,the better the shading effect.However,if the transmittance was below 0.01%,the measurement results cannot distinguish different shading effects.Measure the transmissivity of the wavelength with the maximum transmissivity and the average transmissivity of visible light wavelength were meascered,with the increase of titanium dioxide content,the transmissivity gradually decreases,which was close to the visual effect.
