摘  要:合成一种水性有机硅改性链端含羰基结构的聚氨酯树脂,并制备出转移纸用水性自交联转移涂料,用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,并探究了不同硅含量对转移涂料的性能影响。结果表明,当硅含量为3%时,转移涂料的综合性能最优,涂层的表面张力及剥离力较低,使涂层与PET膜的剥离性提高,同时涂料的放置稳定性好,固化后涂层的耐溶剂性优,涂层涂布的流平性和后续油墨印刷的适应性优异。A silicon modified polyurethane resin containing carbonyl structure was synthesized,which was used to prepare a waterborne self-crosslinking transfer coating.The structure of coating was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,and the effect of different silicon content of the coating was studied.The results showed that when silicon content was 3%,the comprehensive properties of the transfer coating were most excellent.The surface tension and the peeling strength of the coating were low,which can improve the peeling property of the coating and PET film.At the same time,the storage stability was good.The cured coating had excellent solvent resistance,leveling property and printing adaptability.
