摘  要:利用自制的聚醚组合料,在浇注机中与异氰酸酯进行反应制备断桥铝合金型材。对聚氨酯隔热型材的力学性能研究显示:从配方a到配方d,聚氨酯隔热胶中的软链段含量的逐渐增加,聚氨酯隔热胶型材常温力学性能测试结果为邵氏D硬度从80~70逐渐降低;抗拉强度由42 MPa到24 MPa逐渐降低,断裂伸长率由33%~69%逐渐增加;聚氨酯隔热胶型材的高温横向抗拉强度为46~79 N/mm,高温纵向抗剪强度为38~59 N/mm。Self-made polyether compound was used to react with isocyanate in pouring machine to prepare aluminum alloy profile with broken bridge.The mechanical properties of polyurethane thermal insulation profiles showed that with the increase of soft segment content in polyurethane thermal insulation adhesive,at room temperature,the Shore D hardness of polyurethane thermal insulation adhesive profiles gradually decreased from 80 to 70.While the tensile strength gradually decreased from 42 MPa to 24 MPa,the elongation at break gradually increased from 33%to 69%.The high-temperature transverse tensile strength of thermal insulation profiles was 46~79 N/mm,while the high-temperature longitudinal shear strength was 38~59 N/mm.
