摘  要:反应焓是保证安全和成功放大化学过程生产规模的重要参数,本文依据《测量不确定度评定与表示》,按照国家标准GB/T 22232-2008,采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)测量1,4-萘醌的反应焓值,分析了不确定度的来源,对测定过程中影响实验结果的各个不确定度进行了计算评定。结果表明DSC测定1,4-萘醌反应焓值的不确定度结果为543.99±13.28(J/g),包含因子k=2。结果表明1,4-萘醌的放热焓较大,为工艺安全评估提供一定的数据。Reaction enthalpy is an important parameter to ensure the safety and successfully enlarge the production scale of chemical process.According to the Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement and the national standard GB/T 22232-2008,measuring enthalpy of 1,4-Naphthquinone by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),the sources of Uncertainty were analyzed,and all the uncertainty of influencing the results in the process were calculated and assessed.The standard value and uncertainty of 1,4-naphthquinone was(543.99±13.28)J/g(k=2).The results showed that the exothermic enthalpy of 1,4-naphthoquinone was large,which provided some data for process safety assessment.
