摘 要:不锈钢复合钢板压力容器广泛应用于在石油化工领域,制造工艺和操作条件(介质、温度和压力)的不同对设备运行过程中所产生的缺陷至关重要。本文对复合层管箱进行损伤模式识别及风险分析,并着重分析了复合层裂纹处的应力情况,采用金相检测、硬度检测和化学成分检测等理化手段分析了缺陷产生的原因、形态和检验对策,同时探讨了含缺陷在用压力容器运行过程的监控措施。Pressure vessels of stainless steel composite steel are widely used in the petrochemical industry,where the differences in manufacturing processes and operating conditions(media,temperature and pressure)are critical to the defects during the operation of the equipment.The damage pattern and risk analysis of the composite layer pipe box was identified,and the stress situation at the crack of the composite layer was focused on.The metallographic examination Hardness Test and chemical composition were analysis of the causes of defects,morphology and inspection countermeasures,as well asthe monitoring measures for the operation process of in-service pressure vessels containing defects was discussed.
