摘  要:格栅是吸附分离生产对二甲苯(PX)技术中吸附塔的重要内构件之一,格栅压差高直接影响PX纯度和收率,制约装置负荷及上下游物料平衡,显著降低生产效益。本文对Eluxyl工艺的格栅结构、格栅安装、格栅压差上涨原因及应对措施进行介绍,并结合某石化厂实际生产经验,证明借助反冲洗手段,能够有效降低格栅压差,控制格栅上涨速率,提高PX产品收率。The grid is one of the important internal components of the adsorption tower in the adsorption and separation production of paraxylene(PX).The high differential pressure of the grid directly affects the purity and yield of PX,restricts the load of the unit and the balance of upstream and downstream materials,and significantly reduces the production efficiency.The grid structure,grid installation,the reasons of grid pressure difference rise and countermeasures in the eluxyl process were introduced.Combined with the actual production experience,it was proved that the back-flushing can effectively reduce the pressure difference of the grid,control the rising rate of the grid,and improve the yield of PX products.
