摘　　要：介绍了精馏、萃取精馏的基本原理及填料精馏塔的基本结构,分析了不同回流比对操作条件和分离能力的影响,研究了不同回流比下塔顶、塔釜产物组成,并利用芬斯克方程估算理论塔板数。通过该实验的学习,让同学们熟悉萃取精馏的原理和萃取精馏装置;掌握萃取精馏塔的操作方法和乙醇-水混合物的气相色谱分析法;了解计算机数据采集系统和用计算机控制精馏操作参数的方法。对即将进行的毕业实习及毕业设计环节打下基础。The basic principles of distillation and extractive distillation and the basic structure of packed distillation column were introduced,the effects of different reflux ratio on operating conditions and separation capacity were analyzed,the product composition of top and kettle under different reflux ratio was studied,and the theoretical plate number was estimated by using Fanske equation.Through the study,let students familiar with the principle of extractive distillation and extractive distillation device,master the operation method of extractive distillation tower and gas chromatography analysis of ethanol-water mixture,understand computer data acquisition system and methods of controlling distillation operation parameters by computer.A foundation was laid for the upcoming graduation practice and graduation design.
