摘　　要：溶菌酶是一种生物酶,属于生物药物。依据溶菌酶的性质和结构,总结分析了溶菌酶含量测定方法,主要依据其吸光特性、配位特性、还原特性、离子特性、吸附特性、免疫特性、酶活特性、裂解细菌特性等而建立的分析方法,供同行们在生物药物分析教学中参考,供同学们在学习生物药物分析时提升创新思维。Lysozyme is a kind of biological enzyme and belongs to biological drugs.According to the nature and structure of lysozyme,the content determination method of lysozyme were analyzed and summarized.The analytical methods were developed mainly based on these properties of lysozyme,including absorbance,coordination,reduction,ion characteristic,adsorption,immune characteristics,enzyme activity,and characteristics of lytic bacteria.It was a reference for colleagues in the teaching of Biological Drug Analysis and for students to improve their innovative thinking in learning Biological Drug Analysis.
