摘  要:相对于传统的工科人才,未来新兴产业和新经济需要的是工程实践能力强、创新能力强、具备国际竞争力的高素质复合型“新工科”人才。《高分子材料成型机械》课程是我校为高分子材料与工程专业开设的一门核心专业课,教学内容主要包括高分子材料成型机械结构和工作原理,以及在高分子材料成型加工中的应用,教学目的是使学生能够结合成型工艺阐明聚合物在转变成实用材料或制品过程中产品质量与成型机械结构之间的关系。在新工科背景下,对该课程等教学内容、教学方法、教学手段、考核模式和评价等方面进行了系列改革,提高了教学效果,为材料类专业课程改革探索了新途径。Compared with traditional engineering talents,the emerging industries and new economy in the future need highly qualified interdisciplinary“new engineering”talents with strong engineering practice ability,innovation ability and international competitiveness.The course of Polymer Material Molding Machinery is a core professional course offered by Polymer Materials and Engineering major.The mechanical structure and working principle of polymer material molding were mainly included in teaching content,as well as its application in polymer material molding processing.The purpose of teaching was to enable students to clarify the relationship between product quality and molding mechanical structure in the process of converting polymers into practical materials or products in combination with molding processes.In the context of the new engineering subject,a series of reforms were carried out on the teaching content,teaching methods,teaching methods,assessment modes and evaluations of the course,which improved the teaching effect and explored new ways for the reform of material professional courses.
