摘  要:面向交流输电系统的模块化多电平矩阵变换器(M~3C)具有任意功率因数输入、任意幅值、频率、相位输出以及电平阶跃幅值低等优点。然而,等频工况下M~3C电容电压会产生幅值较大的振荡,影响其安全稳定运行。提出一种等频工况下M~3C电容电压波动抑制方法,通过叠加共模电压和注入环流与系统固有直流偏置分量相互抵消,解决等频工况下M~3C电容电压低频振荡的问题。由45个子模块组成的M~3C仿真模型验证了所提电容电压波动抑制方法的可行性和有效性。Modular multilevel matrix converters for AC transmission systems offer the advantages of adjustable power factor input,adjustable amplitude,frequency,phase output and lower voltage step amplitude.However,the M~3C capacitor voltage fluctuates seriously under equal-frequency conditions,which affects its safe and stable operation.This paper proposes a method to suppress the fluctuation of M~3C capacitor voltage under equal-frequency conditions.The problem of low frequency oscillation of M~3C capacitor voltage under equal-frequency conditions is solved by superimposing the common mode voltage and injecting the circulating current to eliminate the inherent DC bias component of the system.The M~3C simulation model composed of 45sub-modules verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method to suppress capacitor voltage fluctuation.
