摘 要:在碳达峰碳中和背景下,通过供热改造降低煤耗,改善机组经济性,增强采暖季调峰能力已成为大型燃煤电厂升级改造重要发展方向。本文对燃煤机组供热改造技术进行了分类和说明,从经济性分析角度出发,结合山东某电厂打孔抽汽供热改造、内蒙某电厂湿冷机组高背压改造、山东某电厂双背压双转子改造、辽宁某电厂切缸改造四个项目,研究分析了常见供热改造技术的经济性,为燃煤机组集中供暖改造提供经济性方面的参考。Under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,it is an important development direction for large-scale coal-fired power units to implement heating retrofitting.Heating retrofitting can reduce coal consumption of coal-fired power units to improve economy,and the peaking capability during the heating period can be increased by means of heating reform.This paper classifies the common heating retrofitting technology of coal-fired power units.Proceeding from economic analysis perspective,the economy of some common heating retrofitting technology is analyzed in this paper,combined with examples of perforated extraction in a power plant in Shandong,high back pressure reconstruction in a power plant in Inner Mongoliai,double rotors reform in a power plant in Shandong and cutting low-pressure cylinder reform in a power plant in Liaoning.This paper can provide a reference for heating retrofitting of large-scale coal-fired power units.
