摘  要:根据孔径的不同,膜可细分为反渗透(RO)膜、纳滤(NF)膜、超滤(UF)膜和微滤(MF)膜等。纳滤技术较反渗透技术在生活饮用水上应用具有一定优势,主要的纳滤膜有中空纤维纳滤膜和卷式纳滤膜。通过选用五个纳滤膜生产厂家主要产品,分别对其压力、废水率、水通量、1价离子去除率及2价离子去除率及价格方面进行统计试验,发现中空纤维纳滤,对于Na+、Mg^(2+)离子去除率具有更明显区分度,运行压力、废水率等参数也具有较大差异性,从而得出中空纤维纳滤膜,技术新颖,较卷式纳滤膜技术相比具有一定优势。According to different pore sizes,membranes can be subdivided into reverse osmosis(RO)membranes,nanofiltration(NF)membranes,ultrafiltration(UF)membranes and microfiltration(MF)membranes.Nanofiltration technology has certain advantages over reverse osmosis technology in the application of drinking water.The main nanofiltration membranes are hollow fiber nanofiltration membrane and roll nanofiltration membrane.By selecting the main products of five nanofiltration membrane manufacturers and conducting statistical tests on their pressure,wastewater rate,water flux,1-valent ion removal rate,2-valent ion removal rate and price respectively,it is found that hollow fiber nanofiltration has a more distinct distinction for Na^(+) and Mg^(2+) ion removal rate,and its operating pressure,wastewater rate and other parameters are also quite different,thus obtaining hollow fiber nanofiltration membrane with novel technology.Compared with coiled nanofiltration membrane technology,it has certain advantages.
